Colliers has sold the Ouse Bridge Guest House, an elegant Edwardian house overlooking Lake Bassenthwaite in the Lake District.

“It really ticks all the boxes for us. Our kids now spend every afternoon by the lake, at the top of a waterfall or in a river, they explore and have fun away from the hectic life of the city we come from, their school is amazing and they are as happy as we’ve ever seen them.
